Samsung announced its latest flagship phone, the G800. Boasting a 2.4 inch screen, this gimmick will surely be a love spot for imaging whores. Let’s look at the specifications and photos.

This is a power pack, equipped with 5 Megapixel camera (3x optical zoom, xenon flash, face detection and auto focus included). The phone is design to slide upwards to reveal the keypads while the camera lens has a cover to protect it from scratches, similar to the K800i from Sony Ericsson. Judging from the outlook, it looks impressive and promising. Let’s see how it fares out to the users when it is getting shipped to European market in November 2007.

    The G800 was originally launched last week on T-Mobile but the retailer went into liquidation within the next few days, however the Samsung G800 has now been oficially launched by Vodafone !

    Yeah! I got mine from Vodafone too, not T-Mobile.

    True to it, the phone is a good one for a 5 megapixel entrance phone.
