Digg is introducing a series of changes today. First off, the new universal taxonomy allows you to submit news, videos, images to any category. There’s a change in category though. “Offbeat” will be a stand alone category and a “Lifestyle” category with topics such as Autos, Food & Drink, Travel will be up on Digg.
Perhaps the biggest add on today on Digg is the ability to Digg images. You can now digg images that you like on web pages that you come across. Screenshots tells you more than words.
The inclusion of the new feature to digg images certainly will please users who are asking for it for some time already. Happy Digging with today’s new feature inclusion.
